FAQ:

1. If you are prompted to select a Microsoft account during the process, please select your BHP account.

2. If you are logged into your BHP Asset within the BHP network, you can click on Sign in using your operating system account when you are prompted to provide your password during the Self Service Password Registration process.

3. Password should be 16 characters long with the following criteria:

• Upper case(A,B, C,..)
• Lower case(a,b,c,..)
• Digits(1,2,3,..)
• Special Characters(!,@,#,$,%,&,*)
• And it must be significantly different from your previous 5 passwords
